All returned products must be in their original condition, and all packaging materials, accessories, and original labels must be returned intact before a refund can be issued.
Returns must meet all of the following conditions:
Return deadline: A return request must be submitted within 30 natural days after the package delivery date.
Original state: The product must be in its original state, unused, worn, altered, washed, marked, or damaged.
Original packaging: The product must be returned along with all original packaging, including the shoe box, dust bag, brand label, and anti-counterfeiting card. All packaging must not be altered, damaged, or removed.
Final Sale products and shipping fees cannot be refunded.
